Have a fussy baby? Try this!

Have a fussy baby? I have been there too. After 5 babies of my own, I have found a few tried and true positions to hold my fussy babies in that helps to calm them and make them feel better. 

1 - Wrap them snug & tight in a swaddle, bend them forward and apply slight pressure to their tummy & rest their head comfortably in your hand. Do deep bounces to sooth them!

 

2 - Lay baby over your arm with their tummy side down, pat their back and do deep bounces.

*If they are too old for a swaddle do the same position out of the swaddle with deep bounces.

 

3 - Apply gentle pressure on their belly, bend the legs to a seated position and do deep bounces.
